The photo seems obviously to be in the area around Helper, UT. Does anyone know exactly where? I am curious as to the purpose of that coal dock. It looks to be brand new, and to only reason to have a coal dock to unload that amount of coal from interchangeable cars in the middle of a mining area would be to supply locomotives, but there are no tracks on the far side (or the near side for that matter) to spot locomotives for coaling. Is it the first major structure in a brand new yard?
