Jeff I talked to Chuck the team leader putting the trucks together and he said he didn't put either one of the two trucks they assembled under a tank car because they didn't have a big forklift. This photo was from another car, and Chris Trunk who is restoring the frameless cars is leaving a 1/4" gap on the side bearings as per specs .
