I had no idea 463 has a 5 chime now. What's its origin?

edit: I noticed this whistle blows its steam out in a sort of bowl shape instead of straight up. In a video by Roger recently (no sound) it does the same thing. The only other whistle I know of that also does that is the "169" whistle that hasn't been seen since the 90s. Maybe that's it...

I don't mind 489 wearing a hooter at all: it's authentic, unlike the Santa Fe 6 chime. I always thought that one sounded nice but simply didn't belong on the railroad
