ouray motive power

Does any one have any information concerning the steaming abilities of engines #318, #340, #454 & #456. These were the engines typically found on the Ouray branch. Fred Folk had told me that #340 had steaming problems; most likely meaning the latter years. I will have to go look at my notes for specifics but I believe that it dealt with leaking cylinders. Also looking for any information- tion on what Colona, Co. and Eldredge, Co. looked liked. Last but not least any close up photos of a sugar beet loader on the Ouray Branch. I know of one or two photos showing this loader in Otto Perry's photos per the Denver Public Library. Any imformation is appreciated.
