Re: D&RG 168 agreement with Colorado Springs

Here's a link to the City of Colorado Springs legislation record, #14-0649, approved at the 3/10/2015 City Council meeting. There, you'll find .pdf attachments of the resolution, the draft lease (I imagine the signed copy is in some repository), and other relevant documents.
