It's fascinating that restoration of the Blue Mountain will resume. I saw it (and the rest of the WSRHS collection) sitting in 2017, just as I had seen it sitting for years prior. I wonder if this means that the collection in Pasco is getting rationalized? Their website is no longer functional, if that means anything.

Some of the original route of the narrow gauge is still in operation by the standard gauge RailAmerica unit based in Walla Walla. I got familiar with that area some years ago.
