For the closer switch in the photo below, the common rail for both the narrow and standard gauge track has exactly the same curve/angle whether for narrow or standard gauge – it's the same rail – but the second frog is farther from the points (farther along the curve), so the angle is sharper.  For the farther switch, both frogs appear to be about where the curve of the diverging track changes to straight, so they might have about the same angle – I'm guessing both are probably #8.5, in order to keep the number of different parts to a minimum, but it's hard to tell for sure . . .
