If you went to Cheyenne for the model train show and didn't go to the UP Steam shop, the #4 is probably going to seem like a full size locomotive to you. So that was probably an honest misunderstanding..

I know someone who's worked there for a short time and I've known John Rimmasch for several years and I don't think there was a lot of fiction in the video.
