Clyde:
I am sorry to hear that you can’t make the RGS excursion, it would appear to me that a movement of your finished and roadable narrow frame UTLX tank car(s) to Antonito sometime after the end of Session “F” on 8/4/17 and before the Monday August 28th # 315 convention special out of Antonito might be the next best thing. Since #315 has to be moved to Antonito from Chama why not move the tank(s) and any other freight cars needed for the RGS excursion(s) in a freight train during the weekend of August 26/27? Rumor has it that there may be some “Friends” lumber that needs to move over the line during this same time period so a gondola with lumber, UTLX tank(s), new rider box 3537, stealth rider gondola and short caboose 0579 would be just about right tonnage wise for a Eastbound….and the Friends/ DRHS would probably pick up $ome from the Narrow Gauge convention crowd on their way to Denver…
My 2 ½ cents.
