Looks like the 053 to me

Was built in 1885 as a Railway Post Office car. Then became a cook car and assigned to the rotary OY.
Served many years on the Chili line. And as many of those cars, it also has a hand rail on the roof for trainmen (your "jib"). Is the inside blocked off so people can't walk all the way through it?
Don't know why it is now spotted there. Will they be making the lunches inside the 053 this year?
