I posted some pictures on the goat a couple days ago, and I'm preparing a page on the 483 site that will give a blow-by-blow account as things change.
I'm the webcam guy.
Basically, the camera burps now and then, or a white truck gets in front of it, or maybe I was cleaning the front window with a white rag. The technology is not perfect. Don't know what the silver thing was unless it was the Jordan Spreader. See the 483 site for pictures of it.
The engine situation (according to Bob Wright, and pictures I have) is as follows:
488 sits behind the RH with jacket off, having had its ultra-sound inspection.
497 is in the shop, having running-gear work, and should be ready to run in a month or so.
492 and 483 are in the roundhouse, awaiting asbestos removal.
484 is on the south side of the shop (in view of camera 1) awaiting shop work when 497 is rolled out.
