I think getting the line rebuilt as far Dulce would be a major event in railway history. As far as scenery goes it isn't duller than Carcross to Whitehorse was. Chama to Dulce would be a more practical ride - fewer grade crossings and such. If people are going to gamble they won't care about scenery and if you go for a train ride that's why your there.
