I did not know #12 was on display at the Edaville. I thought maybe there was a plan to re-gauge her to 2-foot and run her as part of their stable of locos. There were originally four of these E-2 class engines built by Baldwin for operation in Mexico, according a local newspaper article. I wonder what ever happened to #12's siblings. Probably the same fate that befell SR&RL #24.
