Storage of equipment.

Frame these remarks with the idea that everything costs money, and also that most things take time. I think a reasonable person would agree with those remarks, and that the items needing work should be prioritized and then the highest priority items should be funded first.
There are several people who agree that some sort of car storage shed might be worth considering. It could be out of sight from view someplace but close enough to the shop for easy access. Getting the equipment out of the weather each year would help preserve it, keep it from looking as much like a junk collection.
Prefab sheds are not that expensive. If it were out of sight from the other historic buildings, it wouldn't have to be that ornate.
