I don't see it as "negative bashing" when one is merely expressing an understandable frustration with a situation that, in many people's view, is not understandable. The reason for the late cancellation (which, in case you haven't noticed, has quashed much enthusiasm for the event) has not been explained properly. People that have donated funding for this event have not been properly informed to the reason for the cancellation. It would appear that renumeration of the funds will not happen either. After all of this you would chastise these people for leveling some criticism on a forum? Hmph....

Let me ask you something. You're so worried that "negative bashing" will turn off the Knotts' executive's from wanting to do anything like this again.... why? It's not like they have done anything like this before and considering how this year turned out, I wouldn't be too concerned about hurt feelings! I'm sure it was a business decision and nothing personal!
