Work, as well as fund raising, continues on the #20.

Linn works on #20 on a time available basis in order to reduce costs, which extends the time until the project is finished, but helps considerably with the budget. Every project has three controlling factors: Quality, Cost, and Time. Only two can be chosen - the third is determined by the two choices. CRRM has chosen to maximize Quality, and minimize Cost. Thus, the Time for the project is increased.
