Dan Ranger did a visual inspection of 484 last August, but I don't think he tried to sort out just what was due to the derailment. From conversations with the shop crew, the damage list includes some staybolts, the drawbar and safety bar, and will probably include some driving box damage once they can be inspected.
Insurance will pay for damage due to the derailment, and as soon as we can get some engines out of the shop and on the road we'll put 484 inside for a thorough inspection. That's not likely to happen before June or July, though.
