No, its not at the Friends shop ...
The expansion is at the other railroad shop in Antonito
Those photos were taken earlier this year, evidenced by the snow on the ground. And I stole them from the Stockton Locomotive Works page on Facebook. No, I'm not a Facebook member, but I can still access some material there. I came across the expansion photos looking for something else, and do not believe that it has been previously reported at the NGDF.
