Upstate New York narrow gauge track extension

Hi Everyone,
We are adding about 3,000 of track to the railroad this year. We are working in protected wetlands so we had to work with the DEC and thus the silt fence seen in the photos. We own 18 miles of the former Lackawanna Railroad Richfield Springs branch. Our base of operations is in South Columbia, NY. We were using 30# used rail but could never find more so we went ahead and ordered a truckload of brand new 30# rail for the project.
We are getting started with train rides this year and everyone seems to be having a nice time!!
