September Positioning move and Thank You trip

On September 22nd we moved 315, aka 425, RPO 54 and coach 292 from Chama to Antonito. We picked up additional cars on top of Cumbres Pass that had been pre-positioned earlier in the week. The Friends volunteers that restored RPO 54, The C&TS Employees that restored coach 292 and the DRHS volunteers that maintain 315 were all invited to ride the positioning move by the railroad. We also had representatives from the Colorado State Historical Fund who provided much of the funding for 315's return to service and provided the funding for 292's restoration join us on the transfer move. Dan Love from the C&TS Commission also joined the trip. Here are a few of photos from the transfer move.
