I notice that the Chama depot was very drab looking in September 1970. By May 1971, the freight part still looked as it looked in these pictures, but the passenger section had been repainted in the colors it has had ever since. Do you know whether the 1970 appearance was just "weathering", and the entire structure had been yellow at one time, or was the 1971 paint job the first time it was yellow?
