Thanks for the explanation, had wondered about about binders bolted only on one end. And the binders are snug on the lugs with a gap between binder and frame. My bad on the picture, didn't convert it to rgb before posting, here's a new one:
Great shots on the frame welds on your earlier post showing the gradual build-up of welds. Do you build-up extra material then machine it down to the original surface plane?
