This is a plea for help for planning ahead to next year. After a couple of years of working with my girlfriend, she has finally agreed she might like Colorado and New Mexico for "the scenery". She has agreed that I can take advantage of any train chasing and riding! I missed out on this year because I was not aware of what special events were happening when. By the time the specials were announced I was out of luck. I beg of the promotion teams at both the D&S and C&T to please get as much info out quickly. I know the C&T will be having a few things throughout the year for the 40th and I would love to be able to cram a week in with both railroads.
For those of us back east that have to plan ahead it would help to be able to plan ahead.
Congratulations on a great year for the C&T. I wish I was there to be a part of this months activities. Thanks to each of you that have posted pictures and or videos.
Please tell the promotion teams from both railroads to get as much info out as possible as soon as possible. I am working on next year now and I have seen a few other posts from folks who are the same predicament.
