As a Colorado resident, I am not proud to say, "don't bet on it." The Denver Post today reported that tax revenues are $200M less than projected. As I am not up on what iteration of the budget the legislature is reviewing, I don't know what kind of funding is currently under consideration for the C&TS. That said, it was good that the Commissioners introduced themselves at the legislature this year.
