Good job Bill ! I certainly couldn't have said it better myself. The payback of cab rides is nill to none considering the risk, those that do are risking their own and riders lives, and the bosses money. If I was the boss, I'd say "No more". Take a lesson from the UP. "No one allowed." Ever!
