What in the name of Otto Mears does the Air Force Museum have to do with a Galloping Goose? We're not talking about flying at 10,000 feet here, ol' bud. It still makes no sense to spend time and money to put a new wrapper on it and still have nothing to smoke. An internal combustion power train restoration is not like having to rebuild a boiler. You don't need a "Form 4" to get 6 GMC pistons to go up and down. The crash box from the Pierce-Arrow is probably still intact with only lubrication required and differentials are a dime a dozen.

Dead in the park is still dead in the park and restored doesn't mean restored unless it runs.
