I'm ambidextrous, I rode motorcycles many years-gassing - front braking righthanded, clutching lefthanded, shifting gears rightfooted and rear braking leftfooted, but that was a limey. The rest of the world switched the rear braking and shifting around. For guys like me who worked on anything that came in the door, it was a real thrill in rush hour traffic to have to stop quick and step on the gear shift instead of the brake, and grab a handfull of front brake. It'll make a man out of you.
