The deal was I would run a WEEKDAY charter during the stock rush but not on weekends. I tried to discourage then during the week too, but some operators would throw bags of money at me to change my mind. The weekday ones were do-able considering we had 5-6 locomotives to choose from. As we were into running triple headers on Sat & Sun, I just said "NO" when it came to charter trains on weekends. On those big 3 engine days (plus the regular Antonito train) it was all we could do to get the trains over the road and get everyone home by dark. The schedule went to hell, so trying to fit another train into the mix, schedule meets, etc. was just not going to work.
