Re: 6300-6314 D&RGW flats

Doug: The 6200 series cars were all wood, 36' long, with steel reinforcing. The 6300 series were 40' long, all wood, with a length of rail hung under the side sills, like they did with the idler flats. Up at the Georgetown Loop, we have 3 of the 6200 cars,6212, 6215 and 6219. We also have one of the 6300 cars, 6302, which belongs to the Colorado Historical Society.
