The Eureka locomotive

Does anybody know if the Durango and Silverton R.R. has ever offered to lease this engine so more people could enjoy it all summer long. The loco could be operated by a select few that Dan M. would approve of. This is really a awesome loco to see and it would allow half trips to Rockwood (If a updated Y was installed) or the Cascade Y.
