Good to hear that the old IRCA is on a way to a future . That is what heappend when the United Fruit Company left a country with a devastated RR after closing the plantations or selling them to other companies. They forced every state in this region by treaties to buy the run down company RR's for the cost of their errection. Quite a good deal for the UFCO, but not for the 3 world countries.
