Silverton Water Tower?

Here's a question that hit me while I looked at a laser etched picture of a K-28 with what appears to be the Silverton Depot on the left and a crew member with his hand on the spout from a water tank on the right side. I know where the D & S gets their water now and that there were once 3 lines running out of Silverton--so, was there ever a water tank that may have served both the D&RGW and the Mears lines in Silverton?
