Steve Hughes makes a valid point. Where is TRAIN in all of this? Do they have any influence in the enforcement of common sense operating rules on a rogue operation such as the current Loop? All in the industry stand to lose big time if they do something stupid(er).
How about a little inter-industry pressure and/or assistance?
We can say "I told you so" until we are blue in the face but everybody loses if they're unable to operate or if they do operate unsafely.
