I am not involved in the rail tourist business at all. I'm not even a Colorado resident. Just another narrow-gauge railfan. But in trying to follow this convoluted thread, I've learned of inoperative brake systems, unsafe operation of a steam locomotive, and lack of maintenance. One individual refused to work under said conditions, complaining to management, which has a vested interest in ignoring his complaints. Others know about this, but will not talk "on the record." The implication being fear for their jobs. Are jobs that important that someone must be maimed or killed before it's OK to become a whistleblower?
Flame away.
