Walls to eaves 5"S.H. fir braced with 65# & 35# relay rails.
Foundation-concrete 5.44 cu.yds..
Excavation, common 6.22 cu.yds..
Roof-composition on 2" shiplap on 2"x10" rafters @ 40" centers.
Floor-6" concrete.
Electrical wireing in conduit, 1 outlet.
Openings-doors 99.5 sq.ft.. $345.94
Install 1" black pipe, 2' bury,insulated with sponge felt water proof jacket 408 liner feet.
