High Country Railroad

As many on this board are familiar with the goings on in the Rockies, perhaps some might know about the High Country Railroad. I have recently been investigating equipment built by Sandley in the Wisconsin Dells, and found some reference to work he did for HCRR. Does anyone know the truth or extent of this? Also, since the lines closure, where has equipment been relocated? I am particularly curious about the 2' gauge 0-8-0T, possibly built by Arn Jung.
