Notation on train sheet reads "Delayed gathering up outfits all over yard"
Conductor report:
Ex 452 west
Alamosa Train made up 11:40 PM: 5" put engine on train, 5" air
Antonito 20" coal and water pick up (doesn't match arrive and depart time)
Cumbres 20" air (also doesn't match arrive and depart time)

I am guessing this train handled more work cars to be used west of Chama. Left Alamosa with 34 loads and 4 empties, Cumbres and Chama 27 loads and 1 empty.
Conductor report:
Ex 483 west
Alamosa 25" get together and test air
Estrella 10" pick up
La Jara 40" set out and spot station ?
Romero 20" pick up
Antonito 45" water coal set out and pick up
Sublette 20" water and eat
Osier 15" load household goods for section men
Cumbres 15" test air
Chama 1' put train away spot station ? yard blocked.
On this date trains 115 and 116 were annulled between Durango and Chama. Several work trains were out. One was at MP 365.5, another between Chama and Pounds Spur (Pagosa Jct). They were experiencing serious track damage from high water between Chama and Durango. Some of the problems started on the 8th. After 485 helped the OM to Cumbres and returned to Chama it was called to go west. They ran into problems at Amargo. Other trouble areas included Pagosa Jct, Arboles, and just west of Chama.
Because train 116 was running late from Chama, Extra 1022 handled the 426 connection to Alamosa, 2 idlers and 4 NG cars included in the consist.
