Herb's right, in those days there was no fence, no ormed-gords, just open space, and responsible freedom to enjoy what was "the Narrow Gauge Capitol of the World" at one's leisure.
It wasn't until Bradshaw bought the Railroad and some stupid, ignorant moron broke into the roundhouse and stole the 476's whistle that brought an end to unbridled freedom to enjoy the the greatest place on Earth.
