SEASONAL HELP NEEDED AT OSIER
Would you like to spend your summer at 9,637 feet? See 1925 Baldwin steam and coal locomotives arrive everyday with lots of happy people? Be a part of a team that satisfies 99.9% of its customers?
Osier Kitchen Company, the Exclusive Food & Gift Provider for the Cumbres & Toltec Scenic Railroad (C&TSRR) is now accepting applications for the 2007 operating season (May 26-Oct. 14). We are a separate company representing our own interests working in conjunction with the C&TSRR and CTSMC.
We are looking for very friendly, outgoing, energetic individuals to work for us on a seasonal part-time or full-time basis. We will train you. We will have several positions available in 2007 in the kitchen at Osier, in the gift shop and on the concession cars. We also cater the Cinder Trains (a hot dog picnic) at the top of Cumbres Pass and at the 1880 Town of Sublette, NM during the summer for children.
Some positions will have housing provided at Osier in the Osier Section House (you can live at Osier). If you own your own RV, you can “camp out” at Mogote Meadows RV Park in Antonito and the company van will pick you up and return you there everyday. San Luis Valley or Chama Valley workers are picked up by the company van at the Antonito Depot and returned there everyday.
Please e-mail us at sierkitchen@aol.com">osierkitchen@aol.com and request an application be sent to you. SERIOUS INQUIRIES ONLY. Applications will be taken until April 10, decisions will be made by April 20. If hired, you would need to be available, in Osier, on May 20, 2007. (Some exceptions to this date will be considered for late arrivals).
Please remember, Osier Kitchen Company is a SEPERATE company from the C&TSRR and CTSMC. Please do not contact them regarding this application process. Please refer all inquiries to Stephen Flowers, President, Osier Kitchen Company at: sierkitchen@aol.com">osierkitchen@aol.com
Thanks Don and Mike for letting me put this advertisement on NGDF.
Hoping for a great 2007 train season,
Stephen Flowers
