Here is what I have for 36" gauge locomotives in Peru. I know it's far from complete, and will have more info after some more emails to acquaintences in South America.
#?; Baldwin; 2-8-2; Miraflores/Lima, Peru; believed to be SVR #17, displayed at a park.
#72; 2-8-0; in railyard in Juliaca, Peru; ? builder.
#78; 2-8-0; Beyer, Peacock; Cerrode Pasco, Peru, built 1952.
#107; 2-8-0; Hunslet; built 1936; Operational restoration is underway with Huancayo and Huancavelical Railroad in Huancayo,Peru.
#206 (#46?); 2-8-0; Beyer, Peacock, Guadalupe Shops in El Callao, Peru; operational; built 1937.
#252; 2-8-0; dispaly in Juiaca, Peru, ? builder.
Sorry, could not find any info on WP&Y 198-200. I've got a couple inquiries out to an acquaintance that regularly travels throughout Peru. It may take awhile to get an answer back.
