No, GLRR, Inc. (or a derivative thereof) owns both the office building and the Old Georgetown Station. Both are on one lot so they must both sell together, which is a complication when you have someone who wants one building but not the other. They could be subdivided (a long process and a hassle) but we're hoping someone will purchase the property and they can subdivide it. Meanwhile, Georgetown is still officially the corporate office for the Royal Gorge Route RR, and will probably remain so until the property sells.
