Well that seems to clarify the answer that we don't know where the sand house came from doesn't it. In Dorman's Chama book you can see the sandhouse under the end of the last legs of the Chama Trestle and it does look like the end of the present sandhouse but if I remember correctly the foundations for the trestle legs are not that far apart for the present building to fit. I guess it is still a mystery. Thanks for your input anyway.
