Thanks Dick...now my curiosity is even more piqued now. I wonder how often freight is hauled to the Tacoma Power Plant? Do they use one particular loco for this duty? How much freight is brought to the plant at a time? Makes me wish now I lived closer to Durango and not stuck here in the Tulsa area!
