Uintah to Georgetown conection? *PIC*

The impressive rebuilding of the No. 9 and No.12 for the Georgetown Loop, and the massive amounts of funding that the CHS has provided for such, mkaes me wish that the last surviving Uintah locomotive could be purchased and restored? It's awfull, lonely position in the Nevada State RR museums back yard in Boulder City, Nevada was almost to sad to photograph. A recent business trip to me to Las Vegas, and a short trip led me to the Museum. The helpfull crew at the site got me access to the old monster and me and the wife stood around for a while while I pined for a better future for it. I do not wish to make those in Nevada angry at my opinion that is should come back to Colorado, but for the life of me I can not see why (politics aside). Please contact me at my email address if you can think of anyway that I might start some kind of real orchistrated process for delivering said engine from "overthere" to "overhere". Any names of the influential and powerfull in either state would be greatly appriciated. Again, not tring to start a "it our by God" fight, but would just like to see the thing fixed up to operating conditions with some Uintah lettering, it's just a shame setting there.
