I'm building a model of the Chama roundhouse. I have the Maxwell Collection drawings. But they don't show the East elevation of the machine shop/ blacksmith shop [the wall shared with todays new engine house]. There are 5 windows in this wall. My question: Are all these windows full height? That is, are some of them 1/2 size like the 3 at the South end of the West wall? Also: I'm guessing the old smokestack was centered on the East wall of the boiler room. True? I've been in there and I recall the old boilers stacks built into that wall & funneling into a sort of upside down Y. Thanks. SR
