Royal Gorge and the removal of the 3rd rail

Hi,
I was thinking about a diorama of the "Hanging Bridge" with narrow gauge or dual gauge track. I was thinking about what ng locos might have traversed the bridge.
I started looking in my copy of "Rio Grande to the Pacific". An entry in 1911 states "Pueblo to Cleora - 93m 3-R to SG."
Where is Cleora? Is this the Royal Gaorge line? I assume Cleora is somewhere near Salida.
I assume K-27's may have traversed to Pueblo from 1903 to 1911.
With the 3rd rail removed Denver to Pueblo in 1902, the K-27s did not have the oportunity to haul anything along the front range.
I assume the T-12s and the C-16s were used through the Royal Gorge and on the front range. Anyone know for sure?
Were some ng equipment hauled to Pueblo by SG power like Alamosa to Antonito was?
