The number you question are all UV&P #1, 3, 3ex2, 4, 5, 6, 6-2nd. [guess I missed something as Dave Dyer post is on that company].
The engines are all 2-6-0 so would have a Baldwin class of 8-23/37D-x because the first one was compound 10&17x20 cylinders. Later ones would be 8-37D-x because they all had 17x20 clyinders. The x is the sequence number in that class for the order. There are others here that have that class list for 8-37D and can fill in the X numbers.
These are too early for any of the construction plans to be at Harrisburg, and only Dallas, TX is you only hope.
