Who bought the old K-28 tenders?

As many of you who have noticed my previous posts realize, I am looking for information on the rivet patterns on the tender decks of the original K-28 tenders. I realize the tanks were replaced (the new ones have rivet-less welded tender decks), but now I am trying to find where the original tanks are so I can get some photos of the decks. I received an email today that the original tanks were sold last year by the D&SNG to someone in Arizona.
Is there someone reading this from the D&SNG who can confirm or deny this? If true, who bought them and can they be photographed where they are now? Any leads or help will be most appreciated. This is getting much more complicated than I thought! All I want are pictures (or information) showing how the rivets are placed on an original K-28 tender deck.
