I think the first place you should try is the Colorado Railroad mueseum(Yeah, I know the chili line was in New Mexico). They have been able to provide me with everything I've ever asked for(1940 & 1947 rosters, tonnage charts, mappings of the entire San Juan extension, and several early profiles of the Chama yard). Most of what I received was from Chuck Albi. I think that the CRRM has most of the surving D&RGW records, so they would be the best place.
