Insurance company? Makes me think of a old boy I met in South Africa nearly 20 years ago. I was chasing a freight train on the, now, late lamented Alfred County Railway (2' gauge and Garratt powered) and at a water stop got talking to the crew - the driver commented about trouble with "locals" heaving rocks at the train, he had the answer to that now and promptly produced a revolver which was a bit of a surprise to this Brit!
It was an eye opener to watch that train - it was a full load and flat out...........
